6.1 Withdrawal of online workshops .

 

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the contracted online services (online workshops), the amount paid will not be refunded. Neither will the refund of the amount of the contracted service be made after the event.  

6.2 Withdrawal of face-to-face weekend workshops .

 

Up to fifteen days before the event, if due to force majeure it is not possible to attend, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. For this, an official document must be presented that justifies the cancellation. If it is not a case of force majeure, the amount paid to the user will not be refunded, but the user may assign their place to another person after notifying THE WAKE UP CONCEPT by email (info@thewakeupconcept.com)*.

 

With less than fifteen days from the date of the event, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

Neither will the refund of the amount of the contracted service be made after the event.

 

To formalize the return, if applicable, you must contact THE WAKE UP CONCEPT at info@thewakeupconcept.com . Once said communication has been received, THE WAKE UP CONCEPT will indicate the form of return, if applicable. If this is not the case, THE WAKE UP CONCEPT reserves the right to deny the return. 6.3 Withdrawal of one-day face-to-face workshops .

 

Up to seven days before the event,  If due to force majeure it is not possible to attend, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded . For this, an official document must be presented that justifies the cancellation .  If it is not a case of force majeure, the amount paid to the user will not be refunded, but the user may assign their place to another person after notifying THE WAKE UP CONCEPT by email (info@thewakeupconcept.com)*.

 

With less than seven days from the date of the event, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

Neither will the refund of the amount of the contracted service be made after the event.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, The Wake Up Concept reserves the right to deny the return. Once the product has been received and the existence of a tare or factory defect in any of the products in the order has been verified, The Wake Up Concept will proceed to process the shipment of another product with identical characteristics, also at no cost to the user. In the event that, due to lack of stock, another product with identical characteristics cannot be shipped, the amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any case, within the following fourteen (14) days.
